Getting started

Who can use Next You?

Adults 18 and older located in Florida. We are preparing to launch in Florida first and will not offer care in other states until licensed clinicians and pharmacy partners are in place there.

Do I need a prescription?

Every treatment on this site is prescription-only. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides whether a treatment is appropriate. Not everyone qualifies, and a clinician may recommend something different or nothing at all.

Will I meet a clinician?

Your clinician reviews your online intake. Depending on your history and Florida rules for the treatment, they may require a short video visit before prescribing.

How long does review take?

The reference program targets clinician review within one to two business days after your intake is complete. Our timing will be confirmed with our clinical partner before launch.

Pricing and billing

What does the price include?

The plan price covers clinician review when appropriate, the medication from a licensed pharmacy, any injection supplies, two-day shipping, and messaging with the care team. Lab panels, when required, are a separate one-time charge.

Why 28 days instead of monthly?

Plans are advertised per month but renew every 28 days to match a four-week supply. That's 13 renewals a year. Each plan page and checkout shows the 28-day amount and a 12-month total.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard, online, in the same place you signed up. Cancelling stops future renewals. See our refund and cancellation policy for orders already prepared or shipped.

Do you take insurance?

No. Programs are self-pay. You may be able to use an HSA or FSA card; check with your plan administrator.

Medications and safety

Are these medications FDA-approved?

Most programs use compounded medications prepared by a licensed pharmacy from a clinician's prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Each treatment page says which applies.

What if I have side effects?

Message the care team through your patient portal. For severe or unexpected symptoms seek medical care, and call 911 in an emergency.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Responses vary from person to person, and a clinician will explain realistic expectations for any treatment they prescribe.

Privacy

How is my health information protected?

Your health information will be collected only inside a HIPAA-compliant clinical platform operated under a business associate agreement, never in ordinary website forms. This staging site holds demonstration data only.
