Draft for attorney review
This is a working draft written for Next You Health. It is not final and must be reviewed by a Florida healthcare attorney before launch. The reference site's own policy pages were empty, so nothing here was copied. Last edited November 2, 2026.
The service
Next You Health provides a website that connects adults with independently licensed clinicians for telehealth evaluations and, where a clinician decides it's appropriate, prescriptions filled by licensed pharmacies. We do not practice medicine. Clinical decisions belong solely to your clinician.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and physically located in a state where we offer services at the time of each visit. At launch that's Florida only. You agree to give complete and truthful information to your clinician.
No guarantee of a prescription or result
Paying for a plan does not guarantee a prescription. A clinician may decline treatment, change a dose or require labs or a video visit. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Not for emergencies
If you're having a medical emergency, call 911.
Billing and renewal
Plans renew automatically every 28 days at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. You can cancel online at any time from your dashboard; see the refund and cancellation policy. One-time lab panels are charged once.
Compounded medications
Some medications are compounded. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Availability of a compounded formulation may change with federal and state rules.
Your account
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.
Limitation of liability, disputes, governing law
To be completed by counsel. Florida law is expected to govern.
