Cancel any time, online
Go to Dashboard, then Plans and billing, then Cancel plan. Cancellation takes effect immediately for all future renewals. You can also email us. You won't be asked to call or to talk to anyone to cancel.
Renewal reminders
Plans renew every 28 days. We'll send a reminder before renewals and before any price change, as required by Florida's automatic renewal law (§501.165).
If a clinician doesn't approve treatment
If your clinician decides a treatment isn't appropriate, the medication charge for that order is refunded to your original payment method. Policy pending confirmation: whether a clinician consultation fee is retained, and the exact refund timeline, must be confirmed with the provider network before launch.
After a prescription is filled
Prescription medications can't be returned once a pharmacy has prepared or shipped them, for safety reasons. If you cancel after your next supply has been prepared, that cycle is not refundable.
Lab panels
Lab panels are one-time charges. Unused lab orders: refund terms pending confirmation with the lab partner.
Damaged or missing shipments
Contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the pharmacy to replace it.
