Pick a preferred day and time. A short video visit is required for some patients and treatments.
A licensed clinician evaluates you
Your clinician reviews your history and labs and decides whether a treatment is appropriate. They may prescribe, suggest something else, or decline.
Receive treatment instructions
If approved, you get dosing instructions and your licensed pharmacy prepares and ships your order with two-day delivery.
Follow-up care
Optional check-ins, required follow-up labs on schedule, and messaging with the care team whenever you have questions.
